Browsing
This Sites does not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. This means that we will not know your name, your email address or any other personally identifiable information just because you browse the websites, unless you have created an account and log-in when you access the Sites or access the websites from a link in an email that we sent to you.

We may conduct online surveys via pop-up windows on our websites or via email. Participation in such surveys is voluntary and you may decline to participate. In general, the data collected in such surveys will be used by ExperienCZE and not shared with any third parties.
- Information Collected to Process a Transaction
ExperienCZE processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Making reservations via the Sites.
- Evaluating your stay at a location booked through the Sites, evaluating services booked through the Sites (only with your consent).
- Informing you about interesting offers (only with your consent).
Information collected may include your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card details, smoking preference and other pertinent information. The personal information you provide will be encrypted and sent to us using a secure method, in order to assure that your personal information is securely and safely transmitted. However, please understand that no one can give an absolute assurance that information intended to be maintained as private, whether transmitted via the Internet or otherwise, cannot be accessed inappropriately or unlawfully by third parties. We are taking reasonable steps to ensure the secure and safe transmission of your personal information.
Transfer to third parties
Under certain conditions ExperienCZE may transfer your personal data to the following third parties:
- The accommodation you booked, tour guides, car rental companies or other service providers whose services you booked
For the purpose of completing your booking we will disclose your name, contact details and other relevant details to the relevant provider with which a booking is made. We will only provide those elements that are required for it to process your reservation.
- Data processors
From time to time, we may use third party service providers as data processors for the purposes specified above. For example, we may use service providers to send reservation information to accommodations electronically. Processing by these third parties takes place under our instruction. These parties are bound by data processing agreements and confidentiality agreements.
Emails/Newsletters
It is our intention to only send you email communications that you want to receive. When you provide us with your email address by creating an account, we can periodically contact you via email about ExperienCZE and its services. Every time you receive an email, you will be provided the choice to opt-out of future emails by following the instructions provided in the email. You may also opt-out by sending email to info@experiencze.eu or sending a letter to our postal address: U Skolky 12, 326 00 Pilsen, Czech Republic.
Please note that ExperienCZE will never send you an email requesting your password, credit card number, social security number or other similar personal or private identification information (‘Personal Information’). If you receive an email that looks like it is from ExperienCZE, but asks you for Personal Information, it is a fraudulent email and you should not reply or provide such information.
Feedback
By completing a booking, you agree to be invited to complete our guest review form or feedback survey. If you wish, the review or survey can be completed anonymously. By completing the survey/review form, you agree that it can be used on our Sites and on other such platforms and social media owned, controlled, managed or hosted by ExperienCZE for the purpose of informing future customers on the service level and quality of the relevant service provider. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove review forms at our sole discretion. The guest review form / feedback survey and does not include any commercial offers, invitations or incentives whatsoever.
Securing the Storage of Information
We treat the Personal Information you provide to us as confidential information. After Personal Information reaches ExperienCZE, it is stored on a secure server that resides behind firewalls designed to block unauthorized access.
Cookies and Pixel Tags
Our websites may use “Cookie” technology or “Pixel Tags”. We do not use Cookies or Pixel Tags to ascertain any personally identifiable information about you apart from what you voluntarily provide us. Cookies or Pixel Tags do not corrupt or damage your computer, programs or computer files.
Other Sites
ExperienCZE is only responsible for the privacy policy statement and content of this website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the use of cookies on websites that you have accessed these websites from, and to the non-ExperienCZE websites that you may access from this website.
Legal Issues
This is an ExperienCZE website and is subject to laws of the Czech Republic. ExperienCZE will disclose personally identifiable information without your permission when required by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to investigate or protect against harmful activities to ExperienCZE, its associates or property (including this Sites), or to others. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Czech Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with this privacy statement and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Czech courts. The place of performance shall be Czech Republic.
