The West Bohemia metropolis is one of the very few cities in the Czech Republic which were liberated by the US Army. Since the Velvet Revolution, the city of Pilsen ceremonates this event by several-days long festival culminating during the weekend around 6th May. During the traditional parade of historical military vehicles you will greet saluting military veteransvisit reconstructed US military historical camp and General Patton Museum. You will be holding a German machine gun or watching a historical battle. So let´s move to the May 1945 and make Czechoslovakia free!
